Danncy 2 X Dark Pure Mexican Vanilla Extract From Mexico 12oz Each 2 Plastic Bottle Lot Sealed

This is my second purchase of Danncy vanilla. It is aromatic and has a lovely vanilla flavor. The 12oz size is just right for me. Also the price was much less than brand I had used in the past.

This is not a 100% pure vanilla as stated, but it's much flavorful than any other expensive vanilla I have ever bought. Hope there is a more concentrated one for a stronger great taste because my deserts will be perfectly flavorful. I bought the one saying from Madagascar and is just a light brown syrup of mostly sugar.

My parents first got some of this while trucking in the 90’s when I was a kid and I have been hooked ever since. Naturally since growing up and becoming a pastry chef, I placed this order for a 2 pack. This vanilla is so warm and delightful and has beautiful cinnamon notes in it. I decanted some into a jar and use it as perfume! That’s how awesome this stuff smells. I used it in an adapted buttercream recipe I used and it was so light and fluffy and this vanilla made it taste like the most delicate and beautiful frosting that was like ice cream that wouldn’t melt like ice cream. And in my whipped frosting recipe, it’s to die for. I literally use it in everything I possibly can. Add it to your coffee, milkshakes, everything that you would want it in, I promise us you try this you will use it. And for pastry chefs who stray from darker extracts, they have a clear version!!!!! Perfect for royal icing cookies and sooo much more!

I use thus specifically to enhance my chocolate cakes and seafood or powder sugar I eings. Talk about ENHANCE GOTTA TRY IT

Good value but a different vanilla than I'm used to. A slight cinammon taste.
