George breaks everything down Barney style so it's easy to understand. I love his sense of humor! He's funny when he needs to be, and all out serious where it's warranted as well. I would recommend this book to anyone looking to get some financial freedom. I would even recommend it to people like me who have financial freedom, because it was very funny!

I thoroughly enjoyed this book. George makes it an easy read because of his humor. I highly recommend the audible version!

Not only is the information in this book incredibly useful and relevant but the way George explains things and uses humor along the way keeps you thoroughly engaged. As a 30 year old middle class Millennial in debt I have felt the hopelessness and discouragement that so many others have felt/are feeling when it comes to personal finances. I previously assumed that living paycheck to paycheck and painfully identifying with the countless reels and memes out there talking about the disappointment and struggles of being broke was my lot. After reading this book in its entirety though, I see and feel my outlook making a drastic change. For the first time I have genuine hope and optimism that I can find the financial freedom and peace George describes. I can now look at my life knowing that with focus, hard work, and delayed gratification, I can have the future I always wanted but assumed was far out of reach and I want that for others as well. Give yourself (and future self) a huge gift by reading this book and take the (baby) steps outlined in it.

I have read many financial books including many of Dave Ramseys, and this one actually keeps you engaged due to its humor! It’s been a long time since I actually laughed out loud (lol) from a book, much less a financial one! The information here is invaluable and I only wish I had read this earlier! Perhaps when I was in high school for the student loan portion!Great job George Kamel for creating a financial book with tons of humor yet still serious enough to help you realize how important the information really is! This now goes at the top of my finance books! Thank you sir!

George Kamel's humor and personality made learning about personal finance much easier. Great book! Enjoyed reading every chapter. Finished it in 6 days! Couldn't put it down!

Very well written and educational book..I always liked George on the ramsay show and his book is one of the best I've read..u can't put a price on the information u will get after reading this..this is what this country needs right now..and its written in plain English easy to understand..not some Shakespeare..ish way in which after reading u have no idea what u just read..this book is the TRUTH!

If you have read any of the Dave Ramsey books you quickly realize this is the same information with a different author! If you are not familiar with Ramsey books, it's a good read.

One of the best Personal Finance books available from the younger generation. The book is humorous, quick paced and insightful. Highly recommended.

Really enjoyed the E-book version. It’s an easy, entertaining and up-to-date read with lots of helpful information, guidance and advice that applies to many of the financial products we have here in the UK (car loans, credit cards etc) even though the book is clearly written for a US audience.There are some chapters that are almost completely irrelevant to the UK that I ended up skimming through before just moving on (the chapters on student loans and mortgages mainly).If there had been a UK version of the book for these sections, it would’ve been a five star review because it’s extremely well-written and informative and I love how all the sources for the information and studies cited are at the end of each chapter.

I really enjoyed the writing style of this book. It was informative as well as entertaining. I believe I can face my demons financially and be more hopeful in living a life that is financially peaceful.

Truly a great insightful book on finances and I truly enjoyed the sense of humour. Truly enjoyed this read, will read again! I think everyone should read this at least once!
