These are the best gluten-free Brownies on the market. They are very fudgy and rich with no funny aftertaste or weird texture like many gluten-free mixes have. I only wish that they worked with an egg substitute so they could be used for people on a vegan or egg allergy diet. But as long as you can have eggs, they are great! It's worth noting that this is the only King Arthur gluten-free mix that does not contain xanthan gum. I wish they would get away from using that garbage in other mixes, because it is a GI irritant for many people. I've tried commenting and reviewing that on their website but they censor it.

Easy to make, quality ingredients. Gluten free baked goods can be tricky. This mix has great flavor, but tends to crumble and fall apart (like many gf baked goods). Enough mix for one 8x8” pan.

Unbelievably delicious for gluten-free! I'm Celiac so critical to me, but I serve them regularly to my friends who also think they're the best brownies ever. Thank you King Arthur!

I approached these brownies with caution. Many claim glory. Few deliver. These brownies are dense, rich, and dangerously convincing. Moist center, strong chocolate flavor, and none of the sad crumble often found in gluten free treats. I shared them with mortals who did not know their nature and not one suspected sorcery. If this is what Midgard calls dessert, then Asgard has been missing out.

Delicious! I honestly could barely taste the difference between these and non gluten free.
