This has really helped me to sleep better and wake up without back pain. I am a side sleeper and with my knee pain I have been unable to have my knees on top of each other, which is needed to keep my back straight. This pillow does the trick! I can keep my knees cushioned and my spine straight so I don't wait up with back pain. It has really helped me!

This pillow is a back saver. Sleep with every night. The cool material is nice feature as well.

I bought this because it claimed to be cooling. It is not. I have another knee pillow that works fine, but is a little warm so I wanted a cooling one. This pillow works well as a knee pillow - stays in place, is pretty comfortable, good height. But I bought it for the cooling feature and in that regard, it's worse than my non-cooling pillow. I woke up several times because I was so uncomfortable on how warm I was. Fine for the pillow itself. Zero stars for the cooling.

I have arthritis in my hips and am a side sleeper. Each night my sleep would be interrupted while trying to find a comfortable position, sometimes for hours. I tried small pillows but kept losing them in the night and they were never wide enough. I decided to try this leg pillow and am I glad I did. It is the right width and, with the velcro band, I never lose it in the night. I can change positions and the pillow comes along. My legs align perfectly, my sleep has vastly improved, and I don't wake up in pain in the morning. I love I can remove and wash the soft cover. My DH is now considering a leg pillow to help with his sciatica.

Works great, especially the cooling aspect

I’ve always been a side sleeper and used a regular pillow between my knees to help with the pressure on my hips and knees. Surprisingly, that regular pillow usually stayed in place all night, even though it wasn’t made for that. I got this memory foam knee pillow hoping it would offer more support, but the first night I tried it, I didn’t use the strap. It actually moved around more than my old pillow, and it felt too high. I honestly thought I wasted my money. But I figured I should try it properly before giving up. So I used the strap the next night to keep it in place. It felt a bit awkward at first—both the height and having something attached around my leg—but I stuck with it. After a few nights, I started getting used to it. Now, I actually look forward to using it. The height that seemed too much at first now feels perfect, and the support it gives is much more targeted and comfortable than a regular pillow. The strap makes a big difference in keeping it in place, especially if you shift around at night. It took a bit of adjusting, but now it’s become my favorite sleep accessory. It’s one of those things that didn’t feel great right away but turned out to be a great improvement once I gave it a fair shot.
