Are these calories fully digested or do they pass undigested?

Hello. We don't claim the product to be gluten free in the US as the presence of malt extract is not allowed in a gluten free product. The gluten contents in Sukrin Gold is significantly below the threshold for gluten free products (close to 1 ppm) and the product is therefore legally considered gluten free in the EU, which is where the product originates. The US packaging does not make a claim for gluten free - but if you were to purchase the product from a UK seller, it might have a gluten free claim.

Does it has a cooling aftertaste?

It 100% does. It's a very strong cooling aftertaste if you consume it raw. When I use it in baking though it's not nearly as bad. It's noticeable, but not nearly as strong.
