I’ve tried several multivitamins for my 7-year-old daughter, and these are by far her favorite. My 12yr old daughter has been taking these on daily basis as suggested since 2-3 weeks ago, she said flavor is good but consistency is a little sticky as described, and not an issue for her.. However I have not seen her having bigger portions during meals, meaning her appetite is the same, I was hoping she would start having more appetite then she'd be willing to try for diverse options like salads, fish or some other foods she usually doesn't have.. but not so far, it might be too soon (?)

Within 24hrs I started to see a change in our son. Week later he was able to remember his daily routines, less frustrated with society, able to follow directions without being told 10 or more times, he was able to eat less junk food and more healthy food. He has ADHD HIGH IQ and he was able to remember everything again and stop falling asleep during class or karate. His rude behavior has calmed down. The emotional breakdown less a lot went from a day long to 2mins or less. highly recommend!!! Taste is fruity no sticky no chalky taste. Easy to use less sugar content as well!

Officially 5 year old approved in our household. :) I have had trouble getting him to take ANY sort of vitamin. But he LOVES first day. They taste great. Low sugar. I have no idea how anyone could think they taste bad. They’re delicious! My kids ask for them daily and love them. The bottle is so cute as well. A little big since it only comes with 30 but I knew that when I bought it. Would be cool if they sold restock bags to fill the jar.I also saw people not liking that they stick together. It’s cause there isn’t useless fillers. Very easy to take apart.
