1/2 cup serving if you don't have a scooper. Works Well!
This thing came full to the brim! I had to dump out half of it into a ziploc to try and find the scooper. There wasn't one... Thankfully I keep old ones from other tubs of supplements. I found a 60cc one that is just about perfectly half a serving(1 serving it says is 2 scoops).I used a scale and just shy of 1/4 cup is just over half a serving. So, if you didn't get a scooper anywhere in the tub, just use 1/4 cup or 1/2 cup depending if going for a full 200cal/50carb serving or half of that. Now, does this stuff work? I normally do 30-50 mins on the bike/rowing machine alternating days twice a day. Decided to do 2hrs of rowing this morning fasted at first. Had about half a large gatorade I sipped on half way through till the end. Felt weak and light headed. Decided to down a half a serving of this before I started to make my oatmeal to get some calories in fast. Worked great. Within 8 minutes I felt fine. Didn't wolf down my oatmeal or anything. Ate it casually. Feel absolutely great 3 hours later. Might do a 20-30min short session tonight rather than just the big workout this morning.Flavor is very strong, but its fine if you are going to be sipping on this while doing longer distance bike/rowing or whatever sessions. I think mixed with a decent sized water bottle or 2 depending on how much water you need would make this stuff highly recommended. Rather strong if you wait until post workout and try to down this stuff. And that's with me trying to down half a serving this morning quickly. Can't imagine a full serving. Maybe you have an ultimate sweet tooth though :P (Rainbow Candy tastes like the powder from "Fun Dip" if you ever had that stuff. Where you dip the white sugar stick into the powder and suck on it. Very 'Sugary' tasting)

Absolutely amazing!
I've been working out consistently for around 17 years and have been an athlete most of my life. My pre-workout meal has always been my least favorite because I'm never usually hungry at that time and I would always get a little bit sleepy from the insulin spike caused by taking in pre-workout carbs and I absolutely hated that. Yet I knew that my workout performance would suffer if I went into it without having had any recently consumed carbs, so for the longest time I had always just kind of sucked it up and ate some oatmeal or a couple of bananas or something. I came across this product and was skeptical of the claim that this provides a source of carbohydrates that is fast digesting AND also provides sustainable energy. My experience with fast digesting simple carbs is that the energy lasts about as fast as it digests, which is never very long. But after having taken this stuff before every workout for a couple of weeks now, I can confidently say that the claims made by this product are very much legit. It is very fast digesting, doesn't make me feel sleepy at all, and I have felt perfectly fueled throughout every single workout that I have taken it. I lift weights and also do cardio afterwards, so my full workout typically takes me about an hour and a half by the time I'm done. And this stuff has absolutely been able to provide me sustainable energy for my entire workout consistently, for every single workout. This is an amazing product; I can't believe I had never heard of it before. I will never reach for any other source of pre-workout carbohydrates as long as I have access to this stuff.
