Pasta with Great Texture
I discovered this pasta, made by a Hudson Valley producer, in an upstate farm stand and immediately liked it. I was glad to find I could get it from Whole Foods. I love the texture once its cooked.

This is such a pretty pasta and it keeps its shape after cooking. It has a delicate texture and not too think or thin, just right. I liked the packaging as well, very attractive. I''ll buy again for sure.
