WERO Lightning to 3.5 mm AUX/Headphone Adapter with in-line Microphone Control Panel, Support Phone Calls on 3rd Party Wired Headphone, [Apple MFi Certified] for iPhone 7 7 Plus, iPad Pro, iOS12

Although it's Apple certified, my iPhone X says "Accessory Not Supported". Works, but max. volume is lower than a straight wire. Lightning connector only connects with one side up, is not reversible. Would be a great product if these issues could be solved.
