Most like wheat pasta.
The best gluten free pasta I’ve found. Ridiculously expensive but worth it if you’re looking for the taste and texture of wheat pasta. Best if eaten immediately after cooking. Do not over cook. Tends to turn mushy in casserole-type dishes.

Gluten Free Pasta
This is the best gluten free pasta on the market! I have tried it all and I will only eat this now that I've found it. It freezes better than most left over pasta. I would recommend it to everyone whether you need gluten free or not.

TASTES LIKE PASTA!
If the label didn't say Gluten Free you wouldn't know it! It's delicious and my husband had no idea it was different than the pasta I always served!
