I bought one of these because the attachment the gym provided was very "used" to say the least. This has been a fantastic product. It stays secure even with a decent amount of weight. The material is very comfortable and doesn't chafe or irritate. On another plus note... it is pretty! I plan to buy another so I don't have to change them out as I switch legs.

It's a excellent ankle strap to attach to the cable to work glutes or your hamstrings in the gym! Very well made! Comes in different colors! It definitely hit the glutes! Excellent price! I highly recommend it!

I ordered these because I like to do different variations of kickbacks on the cable machine and the attachments that the gym had wrap around your heel and foot also which makes it so you can only do straight back kickbacks. These were reasonably priced. They have thick padding through the entire ankle strap so you don’t feel any discomfort. They are super easy to secure to your ankles. And the versatility of being able to adjust for kickback variations is fantastic.

Super stabil und auch gut verstellbar.Einfach mit dem Klett zu machen und es sitzt bombenfest. Also braucht man keine Angst haben es könnte sich einfach mitten im Satz lösen.Sehr zufrieden und würde es auch nochmal kaufen.

I saw great reviews of this ankle strap on YouTube and thought I would buy. It's a great ankle strap, really comfortable, secure, and makes leg exercises on the cable machines a bit easier. I would definitely recommend having this as part of your gym accessories.
