TLDR: Good remote cover. It fits the Vizio remote (as shown in the picture) perfectly! I would buy it again.My review: This cover, fits like a glove! My family loves that it glows! It’s pretty bright if you charge it under UV for a few seconds before putting it in the dark. This feature has definitely come in handy when looking for it under the couch and other dark abysses that your remote likes to hide in. I got this remote cover because my kids broke my original remote and I had to order a new one. So I thought this would work as a form of protection, and it has been effective so far. The blue color I purchased was brighter then I expected, which is not a bad thing, I like it. Originally (probably my low brightness computer screen) I thought it would be muted blue almost teal or blue green and it’s more of a light electric blue. The only reason I gave 4 stars on durability is because the string holder that came with the remote has to be tied on, and the spot is a bit weak. My kids were playing with it the first week we had it, swinging it around, and that string ripped from the place on the remote where it was attached. Naturally I had to fix it, pretty simple fix, I just made a new hole through a thicker part of the silicon and to date my modification has held up. One last thing to note, the shipping dates are correct this is coming from mainland China so it takes at least three weeks to get here. With all that said,in my honest opinion if you have kids this thing will pay for itself!

I purchased this to help my daughter keep up with her television remote. She loves the blue color and that it glows in the dark. It fits the Vizio remote perfectly and feels very comfortable to hold. Bonus feature is that it keeps the battery cover securely on the remote. All of our Vizio remotes seem to have battery covers that slip off easily. If the remote is dropped, the battery cover falls off and often the batteries fall out. Before finding these remote covers, I tried decorative tape to help keep the back of her remote securely fastened as well as hopes that it would make it more visible and identifiable as her tv remote, but it didn't stay securely on very long. Now she knows this pretty blue is her remote, and it keeps her battery cover from constantly slipping off.

This is my second time purchasing. Nothing to do with the manufacturer. But i have toddlers who like to lose things. Love this item.

I have a bad habit of putting my remote on the arm of the couch when I am watching tv. I also have tile floors, so when It gets knocked off the arm of the couch the battery cover along with the batteries go flying everywhere. The cover has a nice rubbery feel to it. I didn't realize this would be my favorite part... but My remote is hiding somewhere only when I am looking for it. The green color stands out against the furniture so it is easy to spot, much better than the black remote against dark furniture.

I was looking to buy another remote b/c the back of my remote will no longer stay on. Then I stumbled on this. Started reading reviews & seeing that the back coming off this remote seems to be a common problem. So decided it was probably better to buy this which will hold the back on & essentially solve the problem. Made way more sense. Also a lot easier to locate my remote my 5yr old loses on the daily. I like the feel of it. Holds the back on & fits nicely. I left the handle off bc I’ll never use it & I seen many reviews saying it breaks off. Thought I’d just avoid that problem. We all love it. The remote for that tv is so flimsy I went through three I added that and BAM no more remote replacement

After my 1 year old trashed my original remote, I desperately came to amazon hoping to find a universal remote that would work for my tv. To my surprise I found this gem that is just as good if not better than the remote that came with the tv. The only reason I say it’s better is because it’s a little newer than my original remote to the tv I bought back in 2015 or 2016. I also got a matching cover to protect it and I love it!

I bought this because the remote for the smart tv is very fragile. Just knocking it from the sofa to the floor can break it. I thought something like the covers for the Wii remote would help and found this. While I don't think the wrist strap adds anything, the cover is exactly what I was looking for and has done a great job of cushioning the remote the couple of times it has fallen. It also makes the remote a little less slippery. It does glow in the dark which doesn't add anything to my use either but entertains the 7-year-old who likes to hide in a sofa cushion fort with it.
