very poor quality
The Sugar can juicer received damage , I kept it when i start juicing with the juicer the HANDEL brock down immediately . need to replace with mettle handle , plastic handle is very poor quality . I do not recommend to any body to buy this JUICER .

Very convenient. A great DIY way to enjoy fresh sugar cane juice at home. Just make sure to have room on all sides with whatever kind of table you keep it on. Made my first batch today and it is absolutely delicious. I cannot wait to start my small business selling in Philadelphia. Easy to clean without having to disassemble if you use Vital Oxide food grade cleaner. Highly recommend this juicer!!!

Junk rollers inside do not move when cane is in

Could use a little more instruction on how to clean it.
It didn't come with instructions on how to clean it. There were some metal dusts on the two rollers/crushers so we wanted to clean them out first. We had to look around on the internet for advice. Also be mindful that even though the machine is compact, it is very heavy.

Easy to assemble with excellent results!
We received this juice machine today, before the promised date. It is compact on our kitchen counter. It is very easy to assemble and clean up before and after use. Will definitely recommend this product.

Bad Customer service from Vevor
The packaging was broken when it arrived. Upon assembly the handle broke immediately as it is made up of plastic. The knobs also broke. I have been trying to get the resolution from their customer service but no response. Vevor's customer service is a BIG JOKE. There is no phone line support, only chat. Once you tell your issue the same thing has to be repeated 100 different times. They send back email indicating we are looking but no resolution. It is extremely frustrating to go through this.
