not strong enough truffle. it's more rosemary than truffle

I fell in love with a garlic rosemary popcorn at a local theater and wanted to replicate it at home. I just add this salt to my popcorn and it takes me back to the quaint melodrama show and that delicious popcorn. It also tastes great on potatoes, eggs, and a wide variety of vegetables.

I used it specifically as a seasoning for potatoes. It wasnt really commercially available as a "whole" product but more as separate ingredients to be added together in a "recipe" style. Sabatino and Tartufi Truffle and Rosemary Sea Salt adds a crispy, tantalizing taste to potatoes above and beyond plain salt.

If you're looking for truffle salt, I highly recommend this product. The other products that I tried were not as Smoky and flavorful on the truffle side as this one. The nice addition of Rosemary in this one is very pleasant and I have also tried the other flavors that Sabatino have. Highly recommend!

I love rosemary and I love truffle anything so I had to try this seasoning. I already love two other variations; I knew I'd love this one. It is that perfect finishing touch on chicken, potatoes, rice, even pizza. A little goes a long way.
