I don't know the research behind supplements, but I can say that taking these has absolutely been a net positive for me. These have a very slight lemon-y scent and taste, so you don't ever smell, taste or get the "fish burps" like I've run into with other branded omega gel caps. These are a bit on the expensive side, but worth it in my opinion!

I have been using Nordic Naturals supplements for quite some time and have always found them to be very good quality. The lemon flavor helps prevent the usual fishy aftertaste, which I really appreciate. The soft gels are easy to take and the high potency makes it a convenient omega supplement. Overall, a reliable product I would purchase again.

In my opinion, these are the best omega-3s on the market. I sincerely believe using these were a key component of lowering my triglycerides, LDL, and to a small degree my blood pressure as well. Besides having excellent quality control, this company is a customer-first company. I ordered the 90 count bottle, but they were out, so they sent me a 120-count bottle at no extra charge. Top notch service. Highest recommendation from me.
