Really tight when screwing on
I recieved the new cap and im not sure if anyone has had any issues placing it in a BMW. I replaced mine and at first trying to screw it on it would i had to push down with pressure and start turning and it felt hard the original screwed on with out much force. So far 1 day of use and operating temps of 240 and its held but just concerned for how tight it was to place on amd to take off

OEM looking coolant tank cap fits my '07 BMW E91 and similar
This cap is the lower pressure version (or "standard pressure" for you Germans). Don't get it mixed up with the 2bar version. This 1.4bar is stock for an '07 BMW E90-91 for the US market with the "heavy duty/hot weather" cooling package. This cap works fine. It looks like the one that came on your car from Stuttgart...er wherever your BMW originated. I'm happy with mine. It is a backup, since the factory caps are getting a bit long of tooth. I keep it in the back of my car, right next to my tubeless tire repair toolkit and compressor - yeah down there in that well where there should be a spare tire but isn't because BMW put those foolish run-flat tires on these cars. :-) Five stars - nice cap. no issues. Imported, like so many other things on Amazon.

Good Quality
so far so good at first it seem as it wouldn't fit my car but i see with this one you have to press down and tighten up the cap it's only been a day but so far i didn't see any leaks around the cap like the old one there would be white spots all around the antifreeze tank and cap but now theres none. i do recommend this cap. 2013 BMW 535i
