I had been looking for a product to help overall after having a baby and losing a lot of my “beauty” this product helped my hair grow so quickly and my nails look so healthy and grow so easy and fast even after a break!! I actually like these vitamins. I never do well with vitamins or don't see an improvement and stop taking them. With these I purchased in July and waited until September to review. After several weeks of consistently using these vitamins I see an improvement in the health of my nails. They are no longer brittle but have strength and are growing without breaking. I can say for value these are worth it. Small enough where I can swallow all three with no issues- definitely not horse pills so yay for that. Good value- buy these and be consistent you'll see improvements.

I have no complaints. There small and easy to swallow. In just a few weeks I've noticed my hair is a lot more healthier, and has a nice shine to it now. Will definitely continue to take and hope is promotes some hair growth. These has also helped my nails get a bit stronger after having acrylics on for a few months, I definitely have less breakage. A big recommend product 👌

Was hoping to help my hair issue but it does not. I don’t notice anything of my skin. My nails have gotten stronger but they still peel. I work in the medical field. The constant gloves changing & hand washing does not help my nails and hands. Have been taking this since about 2/2024 or 3/2024. It’s now 7/2024. I’ll try this til the end of the year. If I don’t see a bigger change, I will no longer take it.

This product is really great. What I liked the most are the 5000mcg of Biotin, the Vitamin B Complex, and that it is a multivitamin designed for women. I can definitely feel the difference, especially in the strength of my hair and nails. It's just amazing! I couldn't recommend it more.

Have been taking this for 4 weeks now. Nails are better. No change in hair loss or skin changes. Maybe it will take longer to work.
