The media could not be loaded.  It does exactly what it says it does. Although, I wish the piece you wear vibrated and not my phone, but I assume that would probably eat up the battery pretty quick!This monitor came with a clip that snaps onto the monitor for easy wearing. It also comes with two batteries, but you only use one at a time. Nothing else needed.The app is super basic, but also really easy to use. I think that it would benefit everyone to make the tutorial portion of starting up the app more understandable, and clearly tell me what the settings are. But I figured it out easily, after playing with it.The monitor is super sensitive and will have your phone vibrating continuously in Active mode, until you correct your posture. Or Passive mode, just recording how much you’re messing up without notifying you. Pretty interesting. I slouch a lot from back pain, and it hurts more for me to sit up straight longer than a minute than slouch. So this will be interesting to use while I’m at work scrubbed in.The only con I see is, that in Active mode, the notifications show up on your phone over and over and over again, so if you’re trying to do anything on your phone it’s super distracting and blocking the upper portion of your screen. It gets VERY annoying. You can turn off notifications for the app in general, or just hit Passive mode. But, then it’s not actively telling you if your posture is bad.

The device is very light. Arrived on time. Easy to setup with the app and they even included an extra battery. The usability if very straightforward and the app been updated since I purchased it with some new features.Basically you place this on your clothing and forget it for the day. You can either have active alerts to remind you to maintain your posture or just review it end of day.I saw devices like this run for $100 or more. Same principle. For the money it’s good value.Will be able to judge long term durability and batter life as time passes.

It works just as advertised, easy to setup in app, easy to attach, and even easier to use.It can be very sensitive even with the slightest movements (leaning over, bending down, crouching, etc). With the sound enabled it came to bother me, though it did make me very aware of my slouching. I turned the sound off and then I was not aware of my slouching until I looked at the app (doesn't help much). Overall it does what is advertised and definitely made me more aware of my posture.

At the beginning looks like a very sophisticated device. Easy to use and link to your phone. Once you put it on, you realize that it tracks the position of your body. For example, if I am brushing my teeth and I lean toward the sink I keep getting notifications about my posture. But if my back is curved due to my bad posture (which is the real problem) the device don't notice nor send a notification to my phone. In my opinion, the device is not fulfilling its purpose.

I was really excited for this product, since my back has started hurting recently from excessive slouching. But I had it in my head that this product would work in a certain way, and unfortunately it doesn't. When you slouch your phone vibrates and not the little button. Also you have to keep the app open and order for it to work. The app does not run in the background.
