Had foot surgery and I tried several different insoles, these ones are awesome, the arch support is great, but it also supports your heels. It great product for the money, I was having pain on my other foot and these made it go away. Will definitely buy again!!

Great product, super comfy and help with my low back pains if used in uncomfortable shoes, but they don't fit in most of my shoes. Just two pairs: my rainboots and vans.

fits well in my dads shoes and he says that it offered the support that he needs.

After a week of using these in my new balance walking shoes I think I like them. I truly appreciate that these are made in small size ranges requiring very little material to be cut off. Most universal insoles require so much material to be cut off sometimes have to reshape the insole toe box just to fit in shoes. I followed the first line and it fit perfectly into my shoe. These are much more supportive than the original insoles. The hard arch support actually feels pretty good for my flat feet. They stay comfortable even when I'm on my feet for hours. Hopefully they last for more than a month!

These look like a pretty decent pair of arch supports, I was not able to use them because they sent a size small... and I ordered a size large??? They appear to be decent quality. The arch is firm enough and will not collapse under your weight. I wear arch supports in all my boots... and these look as good as the others I've bought. I'll reorder the correct size

I'll admit it - I'm a big dude. I definitely represent the "+" of the 220+ the manufacturer listed in the description. I had originally gotten a 3/4 set of insoles for my work boots. It was becoming difficult to swap those into different shows. Moving them from work shoes to sneakers daily was wearing down the adhesive that stops them from sliding around. That's a must with an insole that doesn't fit the entire show. When the opportunity popped up to try these, I decided to give them a go.Once I got them out of the package, I realized I needed to trim a bit off the toe (they were about a size too big) but that's normal for these sorts of products. There was molding in the foam to use as a cutting guide, so I didn't completely butcher the job. There is a harder plastic along the outside edge of the heel and up the arch and that's what provides support. Having used these 5-6 days a week for about a month and half, I can say they held up well and provided some much-needed arch relief when standing for 10 hours straight. I will look to order another pair once these wear out. It is nice to find a product that takes bigger folks into account. Definitely recommend and will order again.

I tried for a few days, but unfortunately they weren't comfortable. I'm a size 10 1/2. My foot just rubbed the wrong way for some reason - maybe my feet are wide.

These worked great for the first week and then it slowly started to lose its power. They are no longer comfortable to wear.

Very comfortable to wear and a perfect fit. I have small feet and the extra small size was awesome for my shoes.

The media could not be loaded. These Welnove heavy duty support insoles seem very well made. The red and white part at the toe end is very flexible and fairly thin but soft and supportive. The black part under the heel and arch is much stiffer underneath (but with a white soft central part), but the red top layer above, it is still very soft and comfortable. The top of the insole is covered in a soft fabric which is a very nice finish. There are cutting guides at the toe end, should you wish to shorten them to fit. I have shown the measurements for the large size in the photos.I have compared them with the insole that they are replacing, and they are a good match for this size 11. I’ve added a photo of the two compared to what it’s worth. I have a slight concern though that in the large size which I got, the arch support is quite far back towards the heel and should really come further forwards for this size. It might prove okay in use and I will update after trying it out for a while.
