The off button.
Five stars if the "off button" wasn't located right where you hold the dang thing. Staff keep hitting the off button in the middle of a transaction and it screws everything up. Otherwise these are awesome.

Not worth the support
Do not buy this product unless you read the second page of the add. Needed it in a rush and they postponed sending it to me do to not contacting clover after paying for 2 day air shipping. They also are industry specific and if you stand on the correct side of the flag then you may have problems.
