It does the job
This remote does its job for me. It’s just I have to touch the buttons many times for it to work. I am not sure why. I tried to problem solve but there is no solution for me not have to repeatedly touch the buttons in order to get it to work. I bought this because my son lost the remote. I found the old remote and needless to say this remote will be put away for safe keeping incase we lose the remote again. Also I do love the prime video button on it. The older remote did not have this button. I use Prime video and it was better for me to just press the button for prime instead of going to my Home Screen to find prime. Sadly though this benefit does not out weigh me having to repeatedly having to push buttons to make it work.
