Tough to rate
There’s no way I’ll motivate myself to take the recommended dosage of 3 capsules 2-3 times a day. I may not see any change with lower dosage but I figure it won’t hurt.

Horrible side effects
I started off with only one capsule, once a day. Horrible gas, cramping and diarrhea. Turns out, inulin supplements have been linked to worsening inflammatory bowel conditions. Guess i should have looked at more research before buying
