Is this oil soluble? Is this oils based?

The exceptional flavor and aroma of this product comes from pure essential oil obtained as part of the distillation-extraction process of the lavender flower. In general, extracts use alcohol to dissolve this essential oil into liquid form. Extracts are a perfect choice for flavoring cakes, buttercream, and any meringue based recipes or when you don't want to add any moisture to your recipe. Just add half a capful (1/4 tsp) per 1-2 cups of meringue when you are at stiff peaks or the desired consistency. This extract will mix with oils, honey and chocolate and creams. You can also thin down the extract by mixing with water for facial or skin sprays. It can be mixed with lotions and hand creams. Obviously, take all necessary precautions. Don't taste as is and avoid nose and eye contact. Wash immediately with water.

How much would you recommend adding to a gallon of soda water? We want to make a 5 gallon batch for a party.

Can i use these in cleaning wipes for the aroma?

Yes. This extract would actually be a great choice as it supports the sanitary requirements of wipes due to being alcohol based. Being edible or food safe, it is also safe on skin. Obviously, must keep away from eyes.
