Return hassle
We ordered this dress, it took WEEKS to get. It was too big so we are attempting to return it. It says free returns but that's a lie. Now I've lost money on the initial shipping and I have to pay to return it.

Weird sizing and it costs you $ to return/receive
Very wrinkled and hard to iron out. Zipper and shoulder strap adjusters are flimsy. The sizing is weird. We tried two sizes and both weren’t great. The value For the dress is good but you have to pay lots for shipping and again to return it. Color was beautiful and matched Converse shoes.

Dress is pretty but I received mine inside out and stuffed in tissue paper with other peoples labels on it. Appeared used. Returned.

The dress is beautiful but there was delays in shipping. I was worried I wasn’t going to receive it on time but seller responded promptly. Completely satisfied but recommended ordering as soon as possible.
