Will this work with "Marksman" butane gas cannisters (on Amazon) to fill a clipper gas lighter?

It's designed to fit cylinders with a screw adaptor, so I don't think it will fit the marksman type cannisters.

Dose this screw onto those screw type butain gas cans inorder to fill lighters like clipper or not?

Yes, have used to refill Clipper butane lighters from Coleman screw type camping gas canisters. Be aware that pressures and temperatures may vary from intended specifications with these fuels. Seals well, push to operate as with standard lighter gas cans.

wil it fit a bottle of coleman propane

Yes. and refills my lighter from the butane bottle.
