amazing for exercise
1. Very easy to assemble2. Very sturdy and gives more comfort3. It also comes with some exercise instruction which is handyi have used several AB rollers this is the best , i would recommend it as it amazing price and quality.

Good strengthening tool.
Grip strength is so important and had a number of longer term health benefits. I have measured my grip with a hand help dynamometer. Used this for 2 weeks (3 x weekly) and grip / dead hang duration has already improved. Quality of the product is very good. It goes to 100kg so will last a while (I’m on about 60kg and it’s tough). The other items are quite gimmicky, but the squeeze egg is a nice extra.

I tore my biceps tendon which is inoperable, but I have been regaining function and strength gradually by using the various pieces of equipment… it is great that the main grip is fully adjustable… even impressed my physiotherapist! A great bit of kit

All good - glad I chose this one
Good strong wheel, handles and axle - all fits together nice and tightly and easily copes with my 12 stone without any signs of wobbling or creaking. The wheel has a nice rubbery tyre that feels good on the carpet. I'm pleased I chose this one - my thanks to comments from previous reviewers that helped.

Good range of equipment
I chose this grip as it offered an inbuilt counter and came with 4 other hand strengthening tools. The grip itself is very easy to use and you turn a know to increase or decrease the hand grip tension from 10kg to 100kg. This is very easy to do and the counter function is straightforward to use. You reset by pressing a button. The other 4 items comprise two strengthening rubber type materials and some finger strengtheners. The five items offered good value for money and work as described. They come with clear instructions. Great value for money.
