Papier Mache Sculpture "Rob - The Rainbow Saviour" is a new creation from PeppyTales art studio. Long ago all of the leprechauns were infamous for stealing the color yellow from beautiful rainbows around the world. They turned the vibrant yellow into gold and stowed their created treasure in black pots that they never parted with. One day Rob, a handsome little leprechaun, happened upon a four leaf clover. He was so elated at his new discovery that he returned the color yellow to the rainbows of the world, for everyone to enjoy for the rest of time. I created this original fairy tale character “Rob, The Rainbow Saviour” in my shop and once he is sold, he will never be remade. This one of a kind artwork is a papier-mache sculpture made with a wire armature and painted with acrylic paints and pastels.
