The chair came in a flat-pack box and was very easy to assemble. No tools required because they supplied the allen wrench. It doesn't weigh much of anything. I could set the height for the most comfort for my brother. And, it worked well where I needed it. The cost was excellent and shipping was free.

I'll be having hip replacement soon, so need this temporarily in the master bath, where the commode is a modern low-to-the floor model. I'll be keeping and storing it afterwards, though, because I can foresee the day when I'll probably need it again as I age. It arrived quickly and was easy to put together. It would be nice if it folded up, but it'll need to be dismantled for storage. I suspect having one that easily folds up would increase the price, so that's really a minor issue.

I had both knees replaced last month and I needed something to use to go to the bathroom that was elevated. I couldn’t sit and rise from our lower toilet. I bought this and it was the best purchase. It fits over the existing toilet. It was economical and was made very well. Very sturdy. I strongly recommend this for anyone needed an elevated toliet.

I bought this product last year & found it very comfortable to use. However, after a year of use one of the metal seat supports has cracked & will soon break. Had to order another one. Disappointed that it only lasted a year with frequent use. Only reason I re-ordered is because it is comfortable to use.
