Ladder is very beautiful & nice but NOT SUITABLE for 12 years Cockerspanial , Pls forgive. I like REPLACEMENT or RETURN . kly arrange to pick it up . I had a chat with your staff & she assured to rever on 5th July but NO signPls REVERT reg this before i ESCALATE the ISSUE

Not a good product, Anytime may collapse
Not a reliable stare case for your dog, I dont recommend. The claim of 75 kg bearing capacity was wrong, I tested. So, dont go for it
