Gotta use the right way, tiny bit & water
I stumbled upon the Norwegian formula concentrated hand cream and tried it out and was very impressed fit dry skin/eczema patch. I researched and saw that it's one of the only ones from the line that Neutrogena still makes. So I thought I'd give this a try while still available even if they may be somewhat old (I don't know), and good deal for 2 I think.The first time I accidentally used way too much and in a normal lip balm/aquaphor type of way -- terrible. Sticky. And smaller amount but more normal way -- not so bad but nope. There aren't directions in English.Then I tried using it the same way that concentrated cream works: Apple a TINY amount on the lips, spread on/in a little, then wet a finger with water and finish rubbing it on -- no sticky! Should completely dry that way and leaves lips soft!
