Not too practical
The chords are pretty long and floppy, which makes using it on the go difficult. I've stuck to using it at home because of it.

"This accessory is not supported by this device" I really like this idea
ERROR MESSAGE: "This accessory is not supported by this device"I really like this idea, but it barely works for the iPhone 7 and 8 (we have both). It stops working every approx 90-120 seconds, and have to unplug and re-plug it back in. I tried different head phones, flipped it over, +/- charging, different phones (7vs8). same issues. This item came as a two pack, and I tried both all different ways. Neither unit functions seamlessly.

I can’t recommend this product.
Looked nice but.... It does not work. Attempted to use with iPhone 7plus and no sound comes through the iPhone earbuds. Tried to use it as a audio cable with sonos from lighting connector to audio jack and that doesn’t work. Checked both connectors in package with the same result. The power plug did work but when you connect a power cable up to it the back of the power connector it doesn’t seat well.

It doesn't work
Tested on iPhone 7+, with Apple original headphones and cable, following the instructions. The adapter would not work or work for a few minutes until the music stops. Same issue on both items, being one of them came with stains. The "not supported accessory" message shows sometimes.*Extra note*: I never buy low-rated reviewed things on Amazon. It seems like 2 weeks later the reviews went really low. Buyer beware.

Unsupported Message
Every few minutes I get a Accessory Not Supported message. Unplug and reconnect and it works again for a few minutes.

Do not buy
This thing is a piece of crap. You can’t go 15 seconds without a screen popping up and saying this item may not be a supported Apple product. I know 99% of the items out there aren’t supported, but come on. Don’t waste your time.

It will only work for about 3 minutes before getting an error on the iPhone 7 Plus, stating that it's an unsupported device.
