Safe to stay this is the worst peeler I've ever encountered. For some unknown reason the manufacturers seem to think that that you've peeled your vegetables, we then want the leftover peelings to be grated,so it does it all in one process. So you have tiny 2mm shavings cut off the peelings all over you worktop from where they've flown everywhere.It's ruined my rubber gloves as whenever you wash it, the scores of little blades for the unwanted grater puncture your gloves when trying to remove the annoying bits of peel from the blades to thoroughly clean it.And it's taken off part of my thumb nail in the process.Think it's the worst purchase I have ever bought.
