Wonderful pain relief for knee and backThis ice pack is great at relieving anything painful. I injured my knee and this product was incredibly helpful. It covers a large area, wraps around the whole knee joint, and the straps make it really easy to attach. Also use if for my painful lower back. I wrap it around my waist and can do other things while wearing it. The best ice pack I’ve had so far and I had a few of them. Will buy an extra one just in case or if I want to use it as a heating pad.

We mostly use these belts as heat packs. Microwave for 45 seconds and the heat lasts quite a while. They work great for lower lumbar pain and aren't bulky at all. We've also used them for leg cramps in the thigh, which my husband often gets at night. They will wrap around his leg and not fall off.

Does the job . Pliable, seems well built. Gets cold. Good price. So there you have it.

Excellent ice pack - very cold and the straps are fantastic to hold it right where you want it. As I recover from knee replacement surgery, I need to ice frequently, and this works great -- so good I bought a second one a few days later so I can leave one at work

I pulled some knee muscles lately and couldn't find something that would stay on my knee. This is working out OK. For some reason I thought it had removeable ice packs but I was wrong. The strap is very soft and flexible and if wrapped around twice, holds quite well while I am sitting or lying on the bed. I doubt it would stay on my knee if I tried walking around with it, however. Happy with the product.

Arrived as promised however this pack has been used..A LOT. Velcro straps dirty and fold marks on straps plainly shows it has been strapped on some body part. 🤢. I’m giving the company a chance to make it right and reordered another as the product itself seems perfect for my need. Amazon makes returns easy except having to drive to a UPS center to drop it off.UPDATE: I received a replacement the next day. The wrap was not wrapped in plastic but just in the box that had been opened. However the wrap was clean and signs of use. The wrap is excellent for icing my deltoid muscle. I changed my review to three stars because of the hassle.

Love this product! It’s so easy to use and attach to anywhere on the body. I have shoulder and knee problems, both of which are hard to get an ice pack securely on. The Velcro straps make attaching, particularly to the shoulder and back, and the gel molds to my skin so every part of the joint is covered. Definitely would recommend!

It said it could be used for your arm. I bought it for my tennis elbow and it is way too big. So big it wraps around my elbow almost 3 times and cannot attach the velcro at all
