Works as intended. I've had it running for a while now with no issues.

When you need a few ports to power your security cameras. This works well for a unmanaged gigabit PoE switch. Coupled together with a Netgear MESH system, I added two IP cameras to a stand alone shed in the yard.

I didn't want to spend a lot of money right now on a POE switch until I got a better feel for how things like voip phones and IP cameras would function on a POE switch. I read some of the reviews here so took a chance on this one given I had never heard of the manufacture before. I had been using it for 3 months just as a switch and it has been working flawlessly in that capacity. I just recently hooked up a POE IP camera ( Agasio A512-POE Pan & Tilt IP Camera with Power Over Ethernet, 8 Meter Night Vision, Motion Detection Email & FTP Alarm, 3.6mm Lens (67° Viewing Angle) - White ) that I also purchased here on Amazon and I'm happy to report it powered the camera without issue over a 50 foot CAT5e run. I have another POE IP camera coming but I don't expect any problems as based on the specs, I should easily be able to do 4 cameras if I wanted. So if you're looking for a budget reliable POE capable switch right now and want to wait a bit for the gigabit versions to come down in price, look no further than this little beauty as it does the job it advertises.

Does what it says. Was pretty frustrated when my speeds through it were only 100mbps. I guess if I wanted gigabit I should have bought gigabit...so that's on me.

ease of set up , if you are power IP cameras , make sure that the POE switch gets connect direct to the router not to the NVR , you will only see one camera , if you have multiple cameras you can in put them manually

A solid, basic, PoE switch. Very compact. Can work in less than ideal environments (dusty, hot) without apparent adverse issues.

I am using this to operate 5 POE IP cameras and one network bridge. Although I've only been using it for a day so far, it's working fine. I had an SG1008PE for a couple of years and in the last few weeks it was not able to keep up with the load. Cameras were dropping off and coming back on periodically. Since I replaced that switch with this new one, I have not had any issues. I don't expect my switches to work forever as I have them installed in the attic and I live in a hot environment. My attic is routinely 120 degrees or more in the summertime.

Also ich habe dieses Geräte nun schon eine Weile und dieses hat mich derzeit noch nicht im Stich gelassen daher kann ich dieses nur weiter empfehlen.

Su carcasa es de metal y pesa, a pesar de su tamaño que cabe aproximadamente en la palma de tu mano. Viene con unas patitas de goma para colocar en un estante, también lo puedes colocar en la pared empotrado.
