I can honestly say I did not share. Very light and creamy and loved the wine that came through. Ate with rosemary sour bread toast with butter.

If you enjoy fish pate go for it. I had it in the fridge make sure to let rest to a spreadable texture.

Delicious on grilled buttered baguette slices and topped with pickled red onions and or carmelized onions. Sprinkle a little bit of lemon pepper on top. Was a big hit with the neighbors...even the ones who said they didn’t really care for seafood.

I've been looking for a good fish pate and came across this one and while most of the reviews had it sounding good when I opened the tin and tried it on both a pita cracker and some rye sourdough to have some comparison it seemed flavorless. Don't get me wrong the texture was great and it's definitely a good source of protein but unless you spruce it up a lot with a decent amount of both Chilli oil and lemon/ lime juice it's just very bland.
