Amy's, Chili, Gluten Free, Vegetarian, Organic, Medium Spice, Jalapeño Pepper, 14.7 oz, Pack of 6

There was a restaurant in Phoenix called, "The Good Earth", that I didn't know was vegetarian until I was fourteen and it that was pointed out to me. Amy's products are like that. This chili tastes good, it's filling, and the carbohydrates and sugar and salt don't blow my readings out. This says "Mild", and it is. No complaints here, I'll continue to buy. If you are concerned about buying canned food through the mail, I do highly recommend checking the cans on arrival. One of the six was slightly dented, but I tested it immediately and it was good to eat. These cans have a pop-top, so I strongly recommend not including them with anything dense and heavy, like other cans, because the weaker can top can get bashed-in.

This is a meal in a can! Tastes great and is recession-proof. Loaded with fiber, protein, and wholesome ingredients. I love that this is not only organic and free of frankenfood ingredients, but is even gluten-free and vegetarian-friendly. Satisfies and tastes great! I love adding cheese, sliced avocado, and toast. At four bucks a can, these organic chili servings pack a punch of filling nutritious, wonderful ingredients, and flavor you'll crave. Groceries are currently very pricey and having a case of these around truly helps. Eating this a few times a week will reduce your grocery bills - without having to go hungry or eat junk. I love this chili so much. To get more mileage out of a can - to have a more filling meal - I recommend adding a starch. A baked potato goes wonderfully with this. You can also boil some elbow macaroni, add some cheese, and then add the heated chili. Or, just dunk in some sourdough bread. Very simple, filling, and so tasty. Amy's has taken canned meals to new heights! I will continue to buy these in packs of 12 regularly!

I try to incorporate beans into a heart healthy diet. The Amy's brand is associated with vegan products. It is difficult to make good beans from dry, at home. This "medium chili" is exceptionally tasty and would warrant five stars except for two things. First, flavor cannot be achieved without sodium, and a can of Amy's beans provides more than half the daily limit for healthy people. It uses far more sodium than someone with heart disease should have. Second, the medium heat is tasty and easy on the mouth, but not the lower digestive tract. If you cannot tolerate spicy foods, you may have trouble with these beans.

Very tasty soup without unnecessary ingredients like preservatives.

Amy's organic foods always taste good. We usually buy cans in quantity and also are happy that NONE of the cans are dented, and the cans are easy to open. We bought organic soups from other manufacturers and found that a substantial amount of the cans are DENTED (which releases toxins into the food - feel free to research that yourself). So we will stick with Amy's going forward.

I love Amy's Chili! It's just a little spicy but not too much. It has quite a bit of salt but less than some brands of Chili. The only problem was that most of the cans were dented. Thank goodness not enough for me to throw them out. They didn't get dented in the shipping, they were packed that way. I could tell because there were dents below the level of the carton they were placed in, and the carton had no marks. So they were packed already dented. Someone gets the cans at a discount because of the dents then sells them on Amazon. If any were dented enough to allow bacteria into the can, that would mean a refund. But the dents were rather mild. Still, it's a shame not to get a quality product.
