Worked out. Apology was accepted. Said they have never seen a card so big before.Ps of sending directly to the person i recommend leaving a note with the order since you won’t be able to write in the card.

This is a great card... It made my recipient chuckle and she loved it so much she put it up on her mantle for display. You're going to pay $5 for a normal sized card, you might as well throw in a few extra dollars and go big or go home!

IYF Design "cards"???
I purchased this item to send a friend an apology card. It wasn't cheap by any means, but I thought it was exactly what I wanted. That is, until it arrived. It was not a card at all, it was I thought it was exactly what I wanted. That is, until it arrived. It was not a card at all, it was a small poster on posterboard. One would think with the name of "ITF Design CARDS", that a card would have arrived. Don't make the same mistake that I did.
