It’s weird, but I kept it
Somehow this weird design does actually help me sleep better - on my back or side. If it had a removable washable cover it would be 5 stars.

Love this pillow!
I love this pillow. I'm a side sleeper and always needed a small pillow to prop up my head so it didn't hurt my neck, even though it did, but this pillow cradles my neck and head perfectly and I wake up without neck pain.

The best pillow ever.
It’s like sleeping on a cloud. It’s soft, airy feeling and perfect all around. I tell everyone how amazing this pillow is. If you are on the fence get it!

Feels nice and works well, could be a bit firmer though.
I tend to sleep on my back or side, and this has helped my pain from sleeping. It's comfortable to sleep on, but I do wish it was a bit more firm. It's easy to set up, just let it out of vacuum seal and let it fluff up, and it's good to go. It's sift and feels nice to sleep on throughout the night. Other than wishing it was a bit more firm, I'm still happy with it.

More Pain
After the positive reviews and the issues I'm having, I really wanted this to be the solution I needed. However, I woke up with more pain then relieved pain as it promised. The pillow is higher up than most pillows and my head didn't go naturally into the hole. I'm 5'5 maybe that has something to do with how your neck or head lays in this. The directions the provider that shows you how to land it was not very clear for side view. It's better pictures here on amazon. As far as quality is concerned, very well made, as far as the foam and material. But it wasn't totally comfortable and it wouldn't say a joy to sleep in. At this point I can't even send it back since I've had it for too long. Ugh!
