I wish I had this product my whole life. It shoots all the way inside your head in case you have a lot of phlegm. It helps clear congestion. It soothes dry or bloody sinuses or boogers. It’s so wonderful that it doesn’t suck back in the way a plastic bottle does so it’s not absorbing bacteria or viruses, incubating them and shooting back into your head. The saline is perfectly salty. It’s enough to be effective but not like gargling saltwater when you have post nasal drip.

I have severe allergy and nose congestion most of the time, just started using it. The effect is not immediate, might have to continue for a few weeks.
