Excellent plug and socket pair, for the price
I needed only half of the pair to replace the recharging connector for a car jump-start / compressor power pack that I'd been given. It does the job beautifully, at minimal cost (and I've still got the other half left).

Defective
Does not secure together, falls apart when held vertical, defective & waiting for a replacement.

Did the job just fine, you do need to take care when soldering leads to this kind of item as you can damage them. Connecting male and female can help reduce the liability of damage as it helps dissipate the heat and holds the pins in place.

Doesn't fit some ports it's supposed to and a nightmare to solder the tiny fittings
Buy something else there is no room to solder, allow for width of connecting wire and it doesn't fit a port it's supposed to.

Awesome connectors!
Great stuff. I've wired these baby's up to a power bank so i could connect my small monitor to it for my camera rig. This way it can run for hours on my power bank so I'm a happy little camera man!

Hard to tin
I found it very hard to solder my wire to the terminals - they just would not tin. And the mechanic of the plug and socket mean you cannot leave an iron on for too long otherwise the housing melts. Would only really suit single conductor cables to utilise their holes.
