This stuff showed up and immediately stepped into the role like a professional.First off, the flavors. These 4C Energy Rush sticks are super convenient and great when I need a quick pick-me-up. I like having the variety pack, because I don’t get tired of one flavor, and most of them taste really good mixed with cold water. The added electrolytes are a nice bonus, especially for long days, workouts, or when I’m feeling a bit run down.They’re easy to toss in a bag, and one stick gives a noticeable energy boost without making me feel too jittery. For the price and the amount you get (40 sticks), it’s a solid value. I’ll definitely be reordering.

I used to use the Gatorade Fast Twitch for my daily pickup me up but it got too pricey. I stumbled upon the 4C from the Amazon recommended products and thought I'd give it a shot. Now I really wish I would have known about this sooner. I was sceptical at 1st because of the price but WOW what a great product!!! This tastes great and gives me a good kick in the pants!! I also like the lightly carbonated taste it adds to it. The taste isn't too overwhelming. What I like to do is use one lemonade and one strawberry in the full size Gatorade bottle for a nice little combo. But I highly recommend this since it is easy to use, has no sugar, and gives me a good energy boost that lasts a while without a crash.

I ordered these once every month or so. They are the perfect amount of caffeine and flavor as someone who is trying to not drink coffee and reduce my Diet Coke intake. I primarily buy this one because of the variety pack, but I do wish I could buy a large pack of just my favorite flavor… Which is the strawberry by the way.

These little pockets of energy are great! They taste incredible and mix very well. And you don’t “crash” with these! Ithink they are better than Celsius powder. Also love that they are sugar free
