This is an excellent quality omega oil product, but the 60 capsules in this bottle only supply you for 20 days if you take the full serving of 3 capsules per day. I really like that this supplement combines fish, flax and borage oils in one product. I only noticed a mild smell but I had to stick my nose in the bottle to do so. I have not noticed any repeating of these capsules, which is great, because one of the things I dislike about most omega oils is that I burp the flavor throughout the day (yuck) so I’m glad I have not had to deal with that with this brand.Omega oil capsules like this are supposed to help with many things, so I’m glad to have a good quality product like this one to incorporate into my daily pill regimen. I would encourage anyone reading this to do further research on the benefits of omega oil because it’s interesting and you may be surprised at the health benefits.I really like this product so much, but know that a 20-day supply is @$15. However, the health benefits of a quality omega oil (that filters out mercury—important) outweigh any cost issue, in my opinion.

Omegas are an essential part of my daily routine, and I can tell the difference when I don't take them! This is not the first time I've used products from this company, and I am satisfied once again. These softgels contain omega 3, 6, and 9 which is a must-- our bodies need all three. They are not too huge, and easy to swallow. I haven't had any issues with fish breath either!

No fish burps. If you are looking for this product, you most likely already know why you need it. Easy to swallow. No bad side effects. On the larger side, but that is common. Does as advertised over time.
