Royu Screen Protector

I read the reviews on most of these screen protectors. I knew going into it that the chances of this being successful was slim. And it did not pass my test :( it always messed with my keyboard when I was trying to type and click on the app next to the app I'm trying to open. But it was not as bad as other people were reviewing it to be. If you are clumsy and always crack your phone this is a good solution with a few issues but can be overseen easily. If u dont typically crack your phone and this is just a backup,its not worth it

I am now happy with this product. The first one I received I applied carefully and there were many areas of my screen that did not respond to touch. I was ready to throw away. I emailed Royu who replied within 10 minutes. All I had to do was send a picture of the product on my phone. Royu took responsibility as it being a defective product and promptly agreed to send out a replacement. I received the replacement within 2 days and now it works wonderful. I am impressed with the product and the company. I placed item just a little off-center, more toward the right, and it forms to the phone perfectly.

The screen protector looks like any of the other screen protectors that you see on the market. The nice aesthetic with the protector is the little digital dot that is on the screen making it look cool. But that's is all their to the screen protector. The screen protector was easy to get on, nothing too complicated to put on a screen protector. However, after giving the screen of my Samsung Galaxy S9 a good, thorough clean, the screen protector somehow still gets dirt underneath the screen. I had to discard the first one of the two because it got too dirty from actual debris and particles and interfering with cleaning the adhesive because it irritated me. I should have just left the bottom of the screen as it is, but I suppose I learned my lesson. The other thing that annoys me is that when you purchase this product, the screen protector is advertised as "anti-fingerprint". It works for the most part, but over the course of using my S9, your finger is going to progressively to get dirty and more oily because that is how it just works. So if you want true anti-fingerprint, you better keep your hands clean and your fingers cleaner. But I will give this screen protector a pass on the anti-fingerprint feature. I'm not sure why, but somehow I cannot get this streak off my phone's screen protector no matter how hard I clean the streak. Only to realize that the streak was on the inside of screen protector. I don't know how that is possible, but I am not going even bother trying to clean the inside of the screen protector because I know that it will be ruined.

As described

Not "Tempered Glass" unless that's the name for a new type of plastic. Fits okay, but doesn't cover the glass all the way to the edge - which seems rather pointless for this phone. Bubbles on each edge as well as it doesn't seem to fit perfectly well. Also collects fingerprints and smudges like crazy. Will try to check back in as I've only had this protector on my phone for 10 minutes, but that shows how much I'm not pleased with it at the moment.

Item is as described, and arrived in a timely fashion. BUT, Adhesive is not sticky enough and protector easily slides. Glass is too thick and causes screen to be extremely unresponsive. You have to hard press for each key and sometimes that still isn't enough.Sides also do not stick to the screen, there is a sticky looking ring around the entire perimeter of the phone. I will not buy again and I DO NOT RECOMEND.

excellent product arrived on time

This screen protector was installed just after I peeled off the factory protector. Basically from the Galaxy box it was installed. So far, less than 24 hours later, the protector is lifting, moving around, I have turned on hyper touch sensitivity and I still have to press hard and it is mainly because the protector is not touching the screen (I can actually hear the click from protector to screen). The bigger issue I have, and I really do not care if the seller of this product refutes it, this is not totally glass or not at all being fully plastic. Why? Because on one of the sides there is an actual curled off spot that one gets when cutting plastic, and it is plastic, not glass. Plus it feels like plastic. Worst of all, the side bends show adhesive marks that really pop through when the phone is on. Look further.
