My husband who is almost 90 yrs has become completely incontinent. Have the largest and thickest pads helping but the "Tena" pants do not hold any leakages. I was having to changed the bed every day although I hade bought "Drawer sheets" In desperation I turned to these. Alas I bought the XL which work but so baggy. I am awaiting the L I have washed the XL in 30* in the washer-obviously being the material they are they are very wet .I dried some off with a towel then,as I was no longer using them except in emergencies I put them in the drier for "Delicates" It worked.Whether they rip or not we haven't used them for long enough.

Waterproof pants and that is what it does
It is plastic pants that does the job. I would order a size smaller then what the waist size it says because it is very big. Good if you want to wear it over a nappy but if just worn on sanitary pads then it is definitely much bigger. It does not make any funny sounds under your clothes so is discreet when worn outside. Holds the wetness within so one can be assured to not feel embarrassed when out and about. Good value for money. Practical and good protection with soft material. Very easy to hand wash it.

Complete waste of money
These were really soft and comfortable but sadly after first pair came apart at seams on first day, second pair came apart at seams next day I am very disappointed. As a pensioner I cannot afford to just throw money away on inferior goods. Definitely would not recommend.

Heart of a sweat Suit
Great for use as the heart of a sweat suit. Bin liners on top and for each leg bingo! I saw an old boxer do this years ago cheap and effective bin liners are disposable

Vinyl Pants.
Found these well made and very soft and wash well, with just a little bit of rustling but feel nice and comfortable, though I did find them a little larger than expected, though I guess this is to cover the much larger nappies etc.
