I donate blood regularly, but have been anemic on and off for years. Along with an intentional diet, I've taken iron pills for years, but finally switched to see if something would be easier on me physically.I used to use the Costco iron pills, but those were hard on my body. They are pills. You put them in your mouth and swallow them with water. Then the Iron is absorbed. End of story.

This product is used for an iron deficiency. I am anemic and this keeps me from getting too bad.

The quantity has gone down.
