Book: The Lee-Enfield by Ian Skennerton- Signed Edition!

Took about a week to arrive to me. My copy is signed on Preface pg. 3 by Skennerton himself and has that awesome "old book" smell to it despite being brand new. So far I'm absolutely loving it. The sheer volume of content you receive in this book more than justifies the cost in my opinion. Seriously, the amount of work and dedication that went into writing this masterpiece is apparent within the first couple chapters. Mr. Skennerton did all of us Lee-Enfield die hard enthusiasts and fanboys a massive service by compiling this much Enfield goodness together into one killer book. The pictures and illustrations, technical and developmental information, history of the rifles, designers, and various manufacturers, and super nerdy things I love such as whole excerpts from various rifle trials, proof and inspector marks, and rifle serial number ranges all go into making this the ultimate Lee-Enfield reference guide. My only complaint I have on this book thus far is that it's making me want to add a bunch more rifles to my collection! Love it.

it was not a signed edition as advertised.....rather musty smelling....shipping was fast and the book itself was in perfect condition except for the old smell. It is a Christmas present

I am really impressed by the quantity of infos and and by the quality of the contents of this book. It's a must to have for the Lee enfield's collectors or owners. Really well made. A georgeous reference book.
