Groen 149880 Black Float Probe

Bought 4 in august fit and now bought 4 this month. Different part. It doesn’t have the flat side. Had to grind it down. Wasted a lot on time. Probably trying to put a switcheroo with a cheap non-Oem part

Does not fit Groen SSB-10G steamers. The part number is correct and the part would fit if the flat part on the float end were extended to include the threaded portion as does the actual OEM part. Someone didn't do their homework on this. Luckily, all I needed was the float part of this, so I removed the float and put it on the old switch. That worked.

Bought one from wholesale sensors, does not have the flat part on each side of the threaded section of the sensor. You must grind your own flat part for this to work. If you want to get the correct sensor for your Groen, look at other sellers and get the one from MBR. There used to be two separate listings on Amazon for the one with flat sections and the one without with very helpful multiple photographs of each sensor. For some reason Amazon has clustered these together, and includes only one fuzzy picture That doesn't show this important detail.
