I was looking forward to receiving these but ended up quite disappointed. I wear a US 11 in most men’s shoes, and these fit more like an 11.5. That may not sound like too much of a difference, but in this fit it is certainly obvious. Even with wearing thick socks, they still slipped and slid. They feel boxy when wearing, as though wearing cardboard on your feet. The leather (or pleather) is too stiff and scuffs far too easily. They feel cheaply produced, and look far better in the pictures online than they do in person. Ultimately disappointing.

These are very comfortable and look great. The craftsmanship is nice, all the stitching looks really good and the materials feel high quality. There are a couple of caveats though, the toebox feels pretty tight, like a lot of loafers and there were much shinier than I expected but besides that they are great.

A little bit pricey for a Faux leather shoe, I find the Jousen Slip On Shoes an elegant addition to my wardrobe. They appear to be Italian split leather and had-sewn. These are deck shoes best worn on a boat or tile floors inside. The soles are flat, which took some getting use to after wearing athletic / work / walking shoes most of the time. After a few days, I noticed dirt shows glaringly on the midsoles, so I painted them black with Wilkins Premium Midsole Marker (ASIN: B07K9LTLR8). Now I really love them.

The tongue is a little stiff at first but softens up. nice looking design. good workmanship is evident. stitching is flawless. Elastic on sides firmly holds the shoe on and keeps it from moving. These are what I would call casual but dressy. They have a leather look and feel to them . Recommended
