I did not think this was going to help me quit the bad habit I picked up vaping, but it did. My buddy told me about it and i didn’t really think it was going to help. Every-time I wanted to vape I used this lil unique thing and it helped me quit vaping. I think the habit of just inhaling and exhaling as a habit was a issue. It even helped me pick up breathing exercises as a habit when stressed. Needless to say I’m no longer smoking vapes. Instead do breathing exercises. If you got a strong will power this is the tool to quit vaping.
