Z-Shade 13 x 13 Foot Instant Gazebo Outdoor Canopy Patio Shelter Tent with Reliable Stakes, Steel Frame, and Rolling Bag, Gray

This is our fifth Z-Shade 13x13 gazebo in the last 15 years. They usually last for two seasons. After that, the sun destroys the material that covers the framework. This particular unit had a bad spring loaded vent finger. ( reason for the 4 star rating) I wasn’t about to return the entire thing for it. I was able to make it work with a little “McGyvering”. I always add a ceiling fan and sunshade to the gazebo. The last one didn’t fare well in an 80mph wind. I would recommend the Z-Shade gazebo.

I have been using this canopy from this manufacture for years! I’m able to get 2 to 3 years out of one leaving it up all summer!!Heavy downpours can be an issue, but I’ve learned to work around that!!There a new design that incorporates the corner piece into the frame, instead of being a separate pole like it was. Makes locking the legs in position extremely hard!!This design almost makes it impossible for a female to do it on their own!!Maybe after the top stretches a little bit this will become easier only time will tell!!

I seldom write reviews good or bad, however after having this up in my yard located in South West Missouri since 10/03/22 I have to say this is the best canopy I have ever had. It has survived several windstorms with gusts up to 20-30+ mph plus 4 or 5 snow storms, I scraped snow over 2' off to keep it from stretching. I have to say this is an excellent pop up. I do have four Canopy Weight Bags filled with 240 lbs of play box sand.

I’m really glad that Z-Shade is still making this size. Since I leave it up year round, the fabric only lasts a couple of years, but given the price, I just replace it.This product isn’t intended to be a permanent shelter. I like the light & breezy feel.

This product was difficult to “pop up” even with 2 people. Also the vented 2 tier is wide open so bugs and rain can easily enter. If you are just looking for shade then this would be fine but much cheaper options for that are out there. Also there are no screens despite the picture looking as though there are. I returned and seller deducted almost $65 for return shipping even after being asked how much shipping was (no response). Won’t purchase from that seller again

The top piece/vent has four plastic pieces that keep the top tarp at the correct angle... one of these plastic pieces broke and pointed upwards (making the top open and useless) with very little wind. I have owned a few of these tents, the older style was better. Very disappointed to only use it for 3 hours.

Do not waste your money it does not hold up in mild rain and wind. Totally bent broke and now is junk after about 5 times of using it. A total waste of money!!!!
